You can navigate with the tip of your finger and you can configure panels of the XPERIA just the way you want them. The ARC design gives the X1 a distinctive and unique appearance. You Simply slide the screen upwards to reveal the wide-pitch QWERTY keyboard - how cool is that? It is very much like the HTC TYTN II design, where you can just slide and begin typing.
It seems to us that smartphones and mobile phones are finally beginning to "merge" into a mainstream model. This theory is supported by the sudden wealth of touch-screen handset for the masses - LG Viewty - LG Prada and Sony Ericsson W960i being 3 of the most recent examples that spring to mind.
As you would expect, the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 has all the bells and whistles that you ever ask your from your cell phone, including 3,2 Mp camera with auto focus and digital zoom, multimedia player - including FM radio, 3G video calling, Bluetooth, wireless Lan, Internet Explorer, e-mail and full organizer features - Phew!
